Exhaust issue.

Hi,

My exhaust snapped in January so I bought a Milltek cat back but now it is starting to blow again I think it is the join before the cat. I am replacing the silencer with a straight through on to the cat but now that is blowing aswell I am just thinking is there an easier option. I don't want a de-cat though.

It's probably the manifold to cat join, mine has a slight leak even now and I've change to a decat, you can try a new exhaust fitting kit.

Get the renault one, the cheap ones don't work.

I had the exhaust same issue and it was driving me nuts. I didn't want to decat it, so I had the following done:

Fixed the blowing exhaust issues, and now sounds much nicer as well without being over the top (in my opinion). Of course you don't HAVE to have the centre silencer removed if you didn't want the extra noise. But the cat mod stopped it from blowing.
