exhaust protruding varying amounts

bugging me this but some days my exhaust sticks out more than others, could it be a worn engine mount?

Sometimes it sticks out when it hot, could that be the problem?

i wondered that but under harder acceleration I feel a bit of vibration through the accelerator pedal, seems a link
