exhaust question : OMP

just wandered if anyone has an OMP freeflow exhaust on here ?
im looking at getting a new system and they do one ( replaces cat ) for a little over £200, or the box alone for £96. it says they comply with group N noise .. is this road legal ?

no this isnt a wind up or an ebay thing. its from the demon-tweakcs catalouge. if these are no good/dodgy can someone please recomend a good sports exhaust that isnt to noisy ( and not to big )
