Exo V2

Do you think this would stand up to regular abuse with Citrus Power as per the take it to local jetwash method mentioned previously......

Or would it work with ONR?

Ideally id like a QD as its handy when drying or after drying having washed with ONR so I was thinking of topping with C2v3 (I hear its excellent?) once a month..... Maybe Id be better off with C1 and C2v3?

Id really like a ceramic sealant which will minimise marring and be able to keep it topped with a QD in order to remove water marks after or during drying.....

Don't do it mate, you can't afford it on your salary, and mortgage, and new car.....

on topic, its supposed to be a lot more resistant to high alkaline unlike v1. But IMO that really doesn't matter as I don't care about your financial position, with the cost of it, prep required and now the same application, I'd be sticking with C1 or CQUK

Im not sure which is why I was asking.

Ive settled on C1 and C2v3. Gally's thread on DW swayed me. C2v3 is cheap enough to use as a weekly QD which should keep the beading up after ONR lays down whatever it is it does. I think you're right about sticking with C1 over Exo too.

No. It's actually just a spray nano sealant at the end of the day.

Offers no solid base protection. CQUK with reload would be perfect. Comes as a whole kit.

C1 is a good base but doesn't offer any water behaviour itself. Ie none once the topper fails.

Onr doesn't work with those sealants. It leaves stuff behind.

I know C1 doesnt offer any water behavior Ive seen it myself. C2v3 would be great as a top up so I dont see the issue? C1 will do its job. C2v3 will do its job and should go over whatever ONR leaves behind right?

Wolfs do some nano rinsless wash now dont they?

Would C1 and C2v3 as a kit be better than CQUK and Reload?

Part of me wants to go with Gtechniq but if you think CQUK and Reload would be better than Ill take your advice.

I didnt think Reload produced decent water behaviors anyway

I'm guessing you used an older Reload. They've change is massively until they brought out the latest range.

I answered your queries in the last thread.

Anyway if you buy C1 you need a slap. Reload is like a QD. I like C2V3 more because it goes over anything.

Tbf haven't tested Reload over glaze but it's not advised.

Doesn't matter if Cquartz used.

CQUK and C2v3 then?!

Don't forget a qd like reload and c2v3 needs a clean car. Hence I don't use them currently.

If you're taking my advice from the last thread, cquk protection then a touch less wash with cp pre spray and jet wash. The car will not be clean enough for a qd however. Use the qd when you can wash it properly at your parents I.e once a month (or quarter in my case).

C2v3 can be used on any paint JD. It's not like a normal nano sealant.

It might not last 12 months over a glaze but who leaves an Lsp on for 12 months without topping?

Needs drying in fella. Which means rubbing paint. Bad idea if the car has been "washed" with just a spray down. It's not clean enough for a QD surely?
