Experimenting with light on my Red 197

Took these last night with my mate, and used a flash gun and a mobile to get some funny effects

Yeah that is the problem, the 2nd shot in the 2nd post is the best illumination of the lot me thinks! But then you have to avoid getting the flash spot reflection in the car if you get what I mean!

Next time do the same again but use a torch (preferably a white one, ie. not the horrible yellow colour light) then 'paint' the car with light.

I had a VTS, then a Zetec S now the 197 - you have the same username on 197.net don't you? Mine is just Mike on there! Got in early lol!

It's annoying that I can't get the right light - I don't like that orange light they always have in car parks etc lol.

Might have to try multi storey car park near me

Behind the camera there was a huge billboard all lit up providing enough light for the shots. It's worth having a drive around at night looking for some good artificial lighting.

Another idea is finding some ground lighting that can throw a slight silhouette effect.
