Expert needed. Mechanic, body shop owner etc.

Basically I bought a set of polycarbonate windows (I won't say where from) and the rear was terrible.

The edges were warped and it was generally ill fitting. The seller promised a replacement which never materialised.

I am now in the process of a cca claim but need an expert to say that the original item wasn't fit for purpose.

All I need is a letter on letter headed paper to that effect which i can pay for if you provide an invoice too.

Can anyone help?

Have you tried contacting a local body shop? I'm sure they would be better as they will actually be able to see/ even trial fit the window and therefore write a better report?
