Extended wheel bolts by 20mm - perfectly safe?

Having a bit of a headache at the mo with my coilies, but to cut a long story short, I have been offered some 20mm spacers which would solve the problem, but the thing is they are the type which use extended bolts to attach to the hub.

My question is, are they still perfectly safe to run even though they're using such a largely extended bolt? They are hubcentric and Clio fitment btw so no worries there.

Cheers if anyone can help...

As long as the bolts you use are designed for the job and come with the spacers, there shouldn't be any problems. Imo anyway.

They will be ok. Make sure the spacers are hubcentic. BTW i HATE spacers, ruin the handling. Mine lasted 4 days.
