Facebook chat in the browser for ipad2

Just bought an ipad2.I think its awesome but the fact that there is no in-browser facebook chat is annoying.

I know its not a major issue but im used to having facebook (therefore Fb chat) running in another tab just to chat etc whilst browsing.

Has anyone got round this? ive tried the popout (http://www.facebook.com/presence/popout.php) and it just says loading all the time!

I have that but it doesn't run when your in safari

I use Friendly for iPad, again this is an app but works very well for chat.
