I'd be tempted to start a new thread for each problem in the relevant forums ie suspension, brakes, wheels & tyres for brake problem.

-Get a 12v on the horn under the passenger wheel arch- if it goes off its fine, wd40 and wipe the connections then try
- Just wind the headlights down, make sure wheel is at 0 on the dash
-Motorfactors or renault for load sensing valve, or soak it in wd40 or diesel or carb cleaner to loosen it
- check brake fluid
-get a new washer pump from motorfactors, check the pipes arent clogged
-rack might need to come off unless you can get a split gaitor and seal it

horn not working what could this be ? Bad connection on horn, or knackered horn, easy fix
both headlight aim to high herd they can be adjusted how and where ? Adjusted via the headlights, im sure if you ask they will set them up for you
rear brake load sensing valvelinkage seized not a clue whats it is, where it is and where to get one from. Located on the rear axle, Spray with WD40 and try loosen
rear brakes apply and release unevenly check fluid, Might be best to strip the drums out make sure everything is free.
washers are only letting a bit of water out just ends up running dwn the bonnet. Blocked Jets/Pipes or faulty pump
front steering rack gaitor i know what it is but how easy is it to change track rod end off, measure the distance from the locking bolt to the end of the drumstick with some vernier calipers, remove the nut, cut clips off the boot, slide old boot off, new one on, new clips on, put the nut back on make sure you get it to the right position, track rod end back on.. I would advise getting the car re-tracked

washers only letting a bit of water out - agreed it could be pump/blockage somewhere. is the tank topped up too?

who did the MOT test for you mate? if you can find one locally you should try a council run MOT station - info about it here http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/cheap-mot - they differ from local garages/dealers/kwikfit etc in that they don't do repairs so the test results are genuine. If your car fails, it only fails on genuine faults. Had mine tested on Monday, £40 test, pass with one advisory on front brake pads. Mate of mine took his to kwikfit first off, failed on a few counts (rear drums, lightbulbs out, washer fluid etc) they tried to charge him £400 to fix, he took it to the council place and it went through first time.
Not guaranteeing you'll get through, but if you don't they won't rape you in the process and as I saw with a lot of the guys there on Monday they'll happily advise you on where to get parts/garages to use...good luck pal
