Failed My Mot - Ball joints

Na thankfully not mate! That was with trade discount at a local motor factors but they seem to be doing fine, better than my old ones anyway!
 
Ola and new shape ones are the same (well they look it) there the same as the Scenai and a few other models although part numbers are different from memory.
£35 for new Renault ones or £9 or so from motorfactories etc.

There is no upper one.
Dead easy to change them so long as there no rust otherwsie it can be a paoin easy way to change it is to jack the car up, undo the bolt which goes through the hub and then undo the two bolts which hold it to the suspension arm.

Very true, if they are rusted they are a right pain in the arse.
