Fake ipod shuffle?

my mum brought the older ipod shuffle of ebay nearly a yer ago, she has just sold it again to have a complaint that it is fake.

also my mum told me she didnt have to use itunes like i have to with my ipod.

how can you tell?

My mate bought one off ebay, but even Stevie Wonder could tell it was a fake!

There are loads of fakes on ebay. If she wasnt using ITunes/or the I plugin for Winamp, it was not real.

Ask the buyer to send it back for a refund.
