Hey. This is my first post here. Looks like you have quite a good community going here. I've tried searching but haven't managed to come across any solutions. It's bound to be somthing extremely simple. The belt that connects my alternator to the engine. Think its the fan belt has been screeching for a while and tonight it came off. I understand theres somewhere to release the tension on the belt so you can replace the belt, or put a new one on. But I have no idea where it is.
Would any of you guys be able to help and let me know where the tensioner thing is and any easy ways to get the belt back on. It looks a pain in the arse to get to. Things are so tightly packed under the bonnet.
The car is an N reg Clio RL Prima 1.2.
Any help would be really appreciated
