Fancy plates delivery times

Just wondering how long people are usually waiting for new plates to turn up from them? Ordered 29th and havent turned up yet + no response on email.

Not for the 520x85 in the proper acrylic, unless you can show me otherwise?

I managed to get free shipping for the forum through proplates, code is in the sticky in the exterior forum page. £12.99 posted for a 520x85 plate is a bargain.
