Also, need the front bumper respraying (already!! ) which body shop in congleton do you use?

My front bumper needs spraying too, not sure if i can be bothered getting it done though.

Whats a ball park figure for getting it done as i'm planning to get rid in just under 6 months so don't want to spend a lot on it.

Front bumper respray from Skill Customs over in Marple is about £150 IIRC.

Yeah one of my mates owns the place lol.

Unbiased reply though is that Kanon, the owner, is a perfectionist. He has had a lot of cover cars go through his 'shop and does a lot of work for the Fastcar staff, Ph-reebone should be able to get you some reviews from people there, on their own cars. Only place I'd really go to get bodywork done on my car.

I've not spoken to him since moving back to Nottingham in December though so he maybe over in the states again as he has been out there doing a lot of work, apparantly they love the UK style out there. Actually I'll ring him now and find out if he is about and double check that price too.

TBH if you're in sMacc I'm surprised you've not heard of Kanon or his company mate. Go down and see him can't hurt to get a quote, but be warned he is going over to the States to work from 23rd March till 10 April and then he's down at ISTS for the weekend.

Christopher - what was the name of the company you lot used for the group dent removal thing last year? Might need to use him as I can't find any fucker down here that I'd trust.

Hi Guys....sorry to come into this thread later as opposed to sooner..! :rasp: I know a brilliant body-shop guy, he's done 5 of our Vee's from off V6clio and he is local to myself near Bury - just off the M66. He races Skylines and as such knows all about (and is respectful of) decent cars...!! :approve:

Prospray (Warrington) has been recommended numerous times. I know Awesome GTI use them for all their show cars...

Prospray's work, that I've seen, is always mint. Like you say they aren't cheap and you do pay for what you get with bodywork.
