Mum's Scenic has thrown off its alternator belt and the pulley has come away from the alternator.

Can anyone confirm if this pulley is supposed to be one part or if it is as pictured?

Also if this is how its meant to be how do you get it back on the alternator? Looks like I need a massive Allen Key type tool?

Alternator uses a clutched pulley... new pulley required or a new alternator I'm afraid.
