Yeah pretty much. How have you wired it? live to fuse box, out of fuse box to stalk and pinned to correct output, then back throug fuse box so each circuit is fused and to component?
I think its just one perm feed with no fuse to the stalk. Then the stalk feeds the headlights etc directly (goes out to scuttle panel fusebox on a Mk1) then out of that to the headlight and so on...
Its just a modified standard williams loom at the moment, but its due a re-wire shortly to which il be doing it differently.
Lemme find my multimeter and il go and find which each pin is, cant find my drawing lol
I'm starting from scratch, f**king canbus s**t was doing my head in. Take a pic of the connector to the stalk and just label whats thepower and earth, then which is the output for side, dip, main, LH ind,RHD ind and horn!
1- Horn
2-
3- 12v
4- Indicator Output to Front+Rear Clusters (RH)
5- Feed From Hazard Switch
6- Indicator Output to Front+Rear Clusters (LH)
4 Pin Connector
1- Main Beam (Goes to Scuttle Fusebox then to headlight, 15A)
2- Dipped Beam (Goes to Scuttle Fusebox then to headlight, 25A)
3- 12v
4- Sidelights
F*ck me that took some working out in the dark. The pin numbers should be printed on the back of the connector. I can only guess Pin 2 on the 6Pin connector is an earth. If you need confirmation you'l have to wait till its daylight lol.
I double checked them in the Haynes just then, all seem to match up.
