FAO new owner of WK03 YPH - you're belts are 2 years over due

Just in case the new owner of this joins up.
I enquired about this one on ebay recently and was told the belts were last done in 2008 so they currently sit 2 years over due. Dephaser hasn't been done either. Work done at Renault was due to a starting fault.

Hope it didn't go boom on the way home!
