Here is my problem^
No oil in car now, but Renault arent moving very quick to get me a courtesy car or try and even look at the car.
Not even had any sort of apology for the inconvenience.
Why wont they work on my car under warranty, as soon as i waved cash at them for a service last time , they did all the work in one day!
I would like some advice on how to approach this matter a civilised way, as i potentially have a fooked engine and would like to find out asap, the stress is doing my head in.
