FAO: RICHY22 window switches ?

sent you a pm mate , just wanting to know how to dismantle the window swithes , so i can replace the led's ? want to do the door lock switch too.
got as far as removing the top to expose the origional led .
just need to know how to expose the circuit board to replace the led ? dont want to break it by guessing thats all lol ... cheers.
