Whats the fastest williams times?

Valver times?

Cup times?

Or whats your fast time?

Standard 172 mk2 1/4 mile @ York = 14.61 @ 94.59 mph

That was run with no rear seat and no spare wheel. It has 8000miles on the clock, and is totally standard.

18 at a guess for dCi 80 (actually 85 woohoo) since 0-60 is about the same as a 1.4 16V @ 11.2 s

anyone tried a quarter in a D??

1/4 mile isnt suited to Nicks as yet. Mainly because of the traction off the line. Still managed a 14.0 tho! Me (cup) and Adams16v (yellow beast) have got 14.1s. Jon (2live) williams 1 has got a 14.0. CB1A has got a 13.6 or 13.5 with cup engined nos powered 1.2. Kev has got the best std time in a 172 of 14.61

Nah only jokin! You should get yours up on the 1/4 and see what they can do. Be a good test between the D and the 1.4 petrol.

nicks best AFAIK is 14.05............followed very closely by my own 14.07.........followed closely again by craigs 14.1? and chris n nics cup on 14.1?.........then it seems be mid 14s for the likes of kevs std 172 (astonishing) and whoever else i forgot lol

but all the above times/clios are behind ..matt cb1a....1.2 on nos 13.6? i think, and adis 2.0 valver on 13.7/8?....then to tim os staggering 13.9? cup....

i saw nicks at USC it didnt seem mentally fast..got beat by a std looking valver on the run i saw!

that standard looking valver was in fact a williams............my fukkin williams to be precise lol......finished 1st twice n nick crossed the line 1st once..nick had all 3 better times tho....just lol

1.5 dci 80 is slower than a 1.4 16v petrol. the petrol does the 0-60 in 10.5 seconds compared to 11.2 for the diesel. the diesel has much more torque though (and i mean LOADS lol), and the petrol has an extra 18 bhp.

You must be joking!!! my 1.4 16v does it in just over 9 and thats standard!! bring on a dci 80 anyday lol

My 1.6 16v book time is 9.5 which id say is about right so if your doing it in a little over 9 albeit with only 12bhp less then me you are doing very well

yeah must be the decent engine -lol. This was a professionally timed 0-60 too so i aint a liar. I find manufacturers are out by about a second or so usually with less powered cars - usually optimistic with high performance cars
