Fault code 0101

My engine light came on last week
(the one on the right hand side of the dash. NOT the one that says stop on)

I bought the fault code reader and it tells me that the code is 0101 - MAF / VAF A circuit Range/Performance?

I reset the light, the car runs fine, hasn't gone into "Safe mode", pulls like it should, isnt using to much fuel.

This morning the light came on again, with the same fault code. its taken 4 days from resetting the fault to coming back on. i've used the car in this time as well.

Anybody had this problem before?

Should i just replace the sensor?

I dont think the fault diagnostic machines are as usefull without the book to tell you whats causing it and whats the fix for it

needs going on a proper diag computer really,, your car dosn't have a maf sensor..

it uses a map sensor, could possibly be that but guess work without proper gear

proper diag = Renault CLIP?

not nessecerily just a more pro one if you like..

crypton/snap on etc etc
