fault codes

engine light came on today whilst sat in traffic. did the ignition test and came back with T--H

local garage used a expensive snap on code reader and i got these faults listed

the code reader cleared the faults and so far the light has not came back on.

the cars ran as normal but would like to know what/why this happend?

any help appreciated thanks

brake pedal circuit sensor?
cruise/limiter brake pedal switches?

they come up quite often as ghost codes.

Don't suppose they told you which were 'active' and which were 'memory/stored'?

Would have helped to narrow down what's causing the light to come on as stored faults could well have been logged a while ago and haven't been erased, whereas an active fault is current at the time of testing

he didn't mention anything about which codes were active/stored

it's been a day or 2 now and after plenty of hard driving the light hasn't returned?

I might look into buying a code reader hmmm.

EML light came back on last night!!!

I'd been out in it for 2hours plenty of hard driving with no problems at all!!

get home and park up and the EML light comes on??

can anybody recommend me a good renault code reader please?
