Faulty Clio mk 5 fuel guage

Does anyone have a problem with a faulty fuel guage.its fine till around 90 miles showing then drops to about 60 then zero within couple of miles
Does anyone know of a cure?

They always drop to zero soon after the fuel light comes on

I have this in my MK4 Clio. It does exactly what you say. If it helps don't be too worried about the range, I tested mine by driving around with a jerry can of fuel to see what the actual range is once the light comes on and I got about 80 miles, even though it said ---- left

Does your fuel needle also drop really quickly once you get to about 1/5 left, like you can actually see it drop to almost empty.
