Faulty lights, wipers and windows

Please help. My 05 plate 182 has this problem where I will be driving along and the lights will either flicker or go off completely. I try and turn them back on but nothing happens. The same happens with the wipers and windows too! Really not handy in winter with rain and darkness! Any suggestions?? Cheers

Could be the UCH breaking down or an earthing problem
