My question is: Will FCP1063H (peugeot s16) will fit to stock Clio 172?

No. Think you are getting confused as the rear pads are the same as some of the Peugeot models

But a lot of online stores says they fit Clio Sport 172, dimensions and shape are the same...

Yes both FCP406 and FCP565 fit the RS Clio 172/182. But that's not what you asked
