few pics colour coded and after a wash

At last, i had a few spare minutes to wash my car. I colour coded the bump strips, door handles and wing mirrors a few weeks ago, and these are the best pics i have so far. Some are during, and some are after the wash.

I didnt have time to leather my car and then polish it, so i'll give it a small clean tomorrow, then give a nice big polish over.

Mods so far include; upgraded head unit
full colour coding
pipercross ik

To come; lowering 40mm
172 16" alloys (anyone got any to sell)
new back box

well done you did a good job colourcoding...

although, is it just me or does the silver on the bumpstrips look darker than the paint job on the car itself

they are a tad mate, have to agree, still yet to cut them in with farecla g3, will be doing that tomorrow. once cut in, should be a bit duller, hence a better colour match.

How did you colour code it mate, any chance of a quick step by step guide as I fancy doing mine but dont wanna take the bumpers off and I'm not sure how I'd go about it with them on...

Also, did you take the sidestrips and doorhandles off or did you spray it with them on?

http://www.cliosport.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=42 thats a guide that FM_AVA_696 did for me and posted it as a guide. Its perfect. I took the side strips off but the rest just used masking tape and sh1t loadsa newspaper to make sure the paint didnt go where i didnt want it.

yea looks really good, i was thinking about doing this to mine, its a dark red, but... tbh i dont think i like the bear bumper colour coded i might get a ph2 rear and see if i can sort that out bcus of the indentation on the ph1 strips look a bit naff wen there coded, well not naf just a different to what i expected, the sides/mirrors/ and front look spot on !
