Few Questions....

Right im getting a new HU this week, once ive picked my car up on wednesday. 51 Plate First Registered 02 October.

And i want my Control Stalk and Screen to work.

Will these be the right cables. And will both Stalk & Screen work.

Just wondering if theres any instructions anywhere on to installing it. I have searched with no luck.

How hard is it to get a direct line from the battery staight to the head unit? As ive been advised to do this! Or will there be no need as im clueless when it comes to this side of things.

Any advise would be helpfull.

Those adaptors are correct yes mate, and as for the Alpine looks like a decent piece of kit
Why would it need a direct feed though? :S

Some units need an additional feed to the battery for the internal amp.

NOT ALL.

So check this in the manual, it will mention it specificly. If it does not, no need for it

I know, silly I meant it says nothing about it in the spec, the tech spec or indeed in the advice section for that HU. Although it is a 4x60w unit.

Cheers my mate said i might have too. Will have a read of the maual when it comes then.

Is it hard to install the cable to the stalk?

Any guides?

Also finding a direct line to the HU is that gonna be hard ? (if needed)

Any tips?
