fibreglass sub box

Anyone seen any good DIY guides on making custom sub enclosures to consume otherwise useless space.

What do you use to mask up the area?
How do you join the fibreglass bit to the rest of an enclosure made of mdf ?
etc ?

Nope, was hoping to get it sorted before I went back to uni, but I went on holiday and didn't get chance. Now I'm so busy at uni it probably won't be finished till next summer. All I need to do now though is get it covered, I've run my new 4awg wiring and fitted my DLS MS6's. Is your's finished yet?

I have a FG box on the way - watch this space for pics - did all the homework, made a frame, but in the end took it to my local ICE shop for them to glass -

saw it the other day, shape is mint, just needs to be sanded and then sprayed at a panel beater to match my car, haven't had the final quote for painting but the estimate for the glassing was reasonable - according to the shop owner I'd done all the hard work with the wood (I could see the glassfiber guy in background shaking his head...lol)
