Finding out the PCD and offset?

Anywhere on the alloy that will tell this?

Just figured the PCD is 4x100

But where would the offset be? Alloy guide says 35 to 38mm but im not sure what it is.

Their the S type alloys, like the ones in my avatar on here if anyone can help

Will either be printed on the inside of the wheel (back of the spokes) or under the centre cap on the face of the alloy.
