Firefox - Buggy

ok so i made the switch, but im finding quite a few sites that it just seems to crash on, no updates are available for it, but am i missing some kind of plugin

cant carry on using it like this, its worse than any Microsoft product

one site in particular i cant get onto, and just crashes it, is
[SIZE=-1]www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html [/SIZE]

well it runs off java so have you d/l the java plug in for firefox?

thought i had, guess not, just installed it now and its working

does seem to crash a lot more often than IE though

it NEVER crashes for me, not in about 2-3 years?

and i have 50 tabs open normally.

I have it on my machine but still use IE7
