Firefox media plugins

when i visit anysite with media embedded in the page like zippvideos it always says 'click here to download plugin' which is what i do but it cant find the plugin to play the media so i always have to open the sites in IE.

Where can i download the plugins for firefox like WMP / Quicktime?
