First Day Of Spring

With it being the first decent day of spring i thought it would be rude not to give the Clio a good clean & take some snaps in my mates yard!

ll started off well, my mate had a 3hour head start on me as i had a few jobs to do, her civic was nearly complete ( rinse,snowfoam,carlack) and i had just finished snowfoaming mine. ​

Suddenly one of the idiotic local farmers decided it would be a great time to dump a load of Lime on one of the fields throwing a nice cloud of dust all over us!

We hoped we could get away with a quick rinse off but we had to start all over again! Anyhow these are a couple of finished off shots

Unfortunately photobucket has killed some of the quality of the pics but not to worry!!

The wheels at first i wasnt too sure on, but they have certainly grown on me!

Can never fully work out the colour, as in certain sunlight they look like they have a hint of blue in them!
Bit of a nightmare to keep clean with dust etc but its all good!!

Looking forward to summer now and getting it out more often

Just been out in the drive... seems the Dodo Juice wax is beading well in the rain

it was the Dodo Juice Purple Haze.... only one coat of that and a coat of Carlack prior to applying it!!

Bit gutted today.... i near a small tree and cos of yesterdays rain its filthy again..... think a chainsaw will be coming out soon
