Fit an 182 exhaust surround

Hi.

Just bought an 182 exhaust surround to fit my 172 bumper with a 3,5" tip.

Not sure altough, which is the best method to do cut in the bumper.

Can anybody help?

Some pictures will be useful as well.

Put it on the bumper backwards, line the bottom up with the bottom of the bumper and draw a pencil outline, then just cut it. Perhaps. You'll need to glue the surround on as there are no holes for the clips to go in like on the 182 bumper.

That's what i as thinking and made my self a draw in paper that way. Did not make a perfect fit, but was not to far.

I will glue it anyway in order to not be stolen.

What did you used to make the cut?
