Fitting an exhaust, DIY?

Besides the obvious like getting the car in the air and removing the old one :rasp: what else will be required to put on my aftermarket exhaust (excluding the tools as I have all those)? ;)
It's cat-back BTW.

Cheers, I will be using ramps I think as I don't have access to a lift, will this make things difficult?
 
me and immi (dutty_112) tried to swap a center section using a pair of ramps, and it was bloody hard work... we ended up giving up lol.... we'd never done it before though.... we got exhaust paste and clamps to make sure everything was sealed if we did do it..... even though we never did
