fitting arb bushes

are these really worth the ball ache to fit ? ife read numerous threads and all of them suggest its a nightmare of a job .

my cars of the road so i dont have to rush it or anything .

i also seen that people use longer bolts to close the clamp ? is this a bad way of doing it ?

also which ones are the nightmare to change the outer or inner?

Outer ones are easy to do.. inners are a total ball ache!

Done mine a few weeks back and the inners were a nightmare, i used longer bolts 45mm x M8. also removed the brackets that hold the bushes in place and very slightly elongated the hole. Spent most of the time scratching my head and swearing.

Yep loads easier must have spent 2 hours trying to get the original ones in which was impossible
