Fitting compbrake top mounts

Does anyone have a guide to fitting the compbrake solid top mounts? I have FK coilovers so think this means I don't use the alloy spacer provided but not too sure if I've missed anything else.
Any fitting instructions or pics would be great

And (sorry for thread napping Butch) if you have them installed AFTER your coilovers, do they coilovers need to be set up again?
