Fitting Exhaust Backbox & Fitters?

Im tempted to get a new back box for my clio but to be perfectly honest I have no idea where to start on doing it myself... It's just the backbox that I want to change, the standard exhaust is plain and boring and the downward pointed pipe leaves nothing to the imagination...

So! My first question is what kind of garage will fit the exhaust for me and how much would I be looking at for just the back box to be changed? Second question is how hard is it to do myself?

at a guess i'd say around an hours labour, so probably £50 ish. Any exhaust place would do it. Obviously National and Kwik fit might cost more, so get a few quotes as any garage could do it really.
