first pull off the triangle piece on the inside , then you unscrew the black piece (2 torx) unclip the black cap hiding the first bolt, then loosen the 3 nuts holding the mirror on . fit the new ones in reverse. if you get stuck give me a shout.
i unscrewed the the bolt behind the black cap which is just off the triangle, and that screw didn't even fit the thread of the new mirrors. so i'm slightly confused..
i'll have another go tomorrow and see if i can change a mirror successfully :S
I had the same problem as you, the screws etc were different on the mirrors and wouldnt secure properly, I ended up using big washers I think to secure them in properly.
