Fitting Mk1 seats onto Mk2 subframes.

Is it possible? As the other day i'd see if my mint williams interior would fit in the cup because the seats are shite! only problem was that the mk2 subframes have to have all four bolts underneath the car and the mk1's half an half...

Any help would be much appreciated..

if you remove the side panels on the seats i think they have the 3 and 2 bolt setup. weather its the same spacing is a different matter.
