Fitting new headunit

Just been out and bought this and going to try and fit it later.

I got the multistalk adapter and patch lead and the person in halfords said to fit it we would probably need to take the dash off. Just wanted to double check that this is the easiest way to do it and that there aren't any other ways of doing it without taking the dash off?

I've got pretty much the same headunit as that, maybe an earlier model tho and I fitted it without taking off the dash and without a fascia adapter. There's a guide on here for fitting one I think in the guide section.

Autoleads one which is what they would have supplied you will indeed need dash removal, unit I sell is cheaper and will allow it to be fitted in 5 minutes, plug and play, no dash removal. Ah might take these leads back then as I don't wanna have to take the dash off unless I really have to. How much would ones from you cost?
