Fitting new UCH - Clio 3 - Help needed to find PIN

I'm finally resorting to fit a new UCH to fix a random wiper fault.

I have clip and renault pin extractor. I used Pin extractor to find the PIN from the ISK (ISK attached).

I then used the CLiP part of Renault PIN Extractor to calculate the incode, by entering the VIN, PIN and OUTCODE.

The next step, CLiP asks me to insert a KeyCard, it then fails saying the code doesn't the key.

Clio 3 - 2009 - RenaultSport 200
VIN: VF1CRJN0641817232
ISK using CLiP: 40 3E 48 A0 11 2D
PIN: 96 85 E6 85 18 05 (using Renault PIN extractor (selecting Johnson Controls 95160 (Modus, Clio3))

Any ideas on where I'm going wrong?

Had the car in at an auto electricians last week, they couldn't find the wiper fault so struggling to fix this one.

Never found the issue but garage managed to fit it without any problems.
