fitting nos?

stupid question i know, but a nitrous kit? can i just bolt it on and go, i heard about someone using a 70bhp kit for like 2 years and its only just got a rattle? would it be ok if i just put a small kit on?

Should be fine to just put on aslong as you only use a small amount and not all the time.
