FITTING PHASE 2 LIGHTS TO A PHASE 1

HI GUYS,
HAS ANY DONE THIS- AS I HAVE TRYED AND THE LIGHTS DONT WORK PROPERLY?? DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHICH WIRES NEED CHANGING OVER PLEASE?????
