fitting?

i have some eibach sportline springs for my cup172 and me and a couple of my mates r gonna try and fit them ourselves we have fitted springs to other cars befor but just wanted to no how easy or hard they are, wat things to look out for and does anyone have a guide of some sort

followed this guide when i did mine last weekend. easy peasy mate, you'll have no problems

rear are easy fella, wont take you more than 10-15min if you have 2 people doing it,
