Fixing Kit For Front Mats...

Ive just been looking on JustMatz website (Setting up the group buy....) and i noticed that some of the clios in the gallery have fixing kits on them.
I understand that JustMatz must have to put the holesin the mats but wat does it fix onto?
Is this something that you buy from Renault?

I got some fixing things that screw into the mats when I bought a set from renault.

the ones you get with just matz stick into the carpet then you put the mat onto it then turn the plastic thing so the mat doesnt move
