FK Coilovers, Lowereing the rear

Trying to lower the rear of my car a bit more, i have loosend the two adjuster screws off with the sea spanners. im a bit confused as to which way i shud go to go lower, do i wind the spring up so its getting more conpressed or downwards so its at the bottom of the thread?

This is how it is at mo, is this as far as i can go down then? in ur picture it looks like u have smaller springs than me?

yep i had them custom made, thats as low as you can go in your pic

a little trick for you, remove the lower adjuster, that'll give you another 3-5mm
