Fk spacers, help please.

  Italian 3.2 V6
wanting to widen my track with to make wheels more flush with arches,

I'm thinking 40mm (2x20mm) front and 30mm (2x15mm) rear and that shouldnmake them just about flush..

looking at the below link,

http://www.fk-automotive.de/websale7/Renault.htm

Also wanting to convert the nuts to red coloured bolts or studs (I think that's it anyway) what's the crack with doing this, what do u buy and what size etc etc!?

I'm not sure on what I'm looking for and don't wana buy wrong gear.

Please help,

cheers, Piers.

You want a stud conversion? There's a link by Bonxy in the guides section for that.

With regard to spacers, if you've got a stud conversion then you might want to just buy normal spacers, but with normal bolts then get hubcentric spacers that bolt to your hub if you're going 20mm.

ok soo...

FOR THE REAR.. i am narrowed down to these

-System A - 26mm spacers (2x13mm) :

-aswell as these longer bolts to fit them - lenth 50mm - (are they correct lenth!?) :

An for the FRONT

-System B - 50mm spacers (2x25mm)
http://www.fk-automotive.de/websale...p1}{md5/55e1a92b283dacf359ff867320a307a6/md5}

-with these longer wheel studs - 70mm lenth - (are they correct lenth!?)

..and then just use stock wheel nuts to attach wheel to spacer once its fitted to the hub!?

does all this look correct!? all the correct lenth?

cheers, piers.

First up get a stud conversion. Not longer bolts.

Then just get hubcentric spacers to match. Due to you having a stud conversion you wont need spacers that bolt to the hub. Without some serious camber I think you will be hard pressed to get 20mm on the front and 13mm on the rear without epic rubbage.

I'd go for 5 on the rear and 10/13 on the front.

well i have full camber on the front with my H&Rs.. lol and measured the gap to the arch and it was over easly over 30mm so 25mm on each front corner should be ok ;)

but then again i might not bother with huge spacers now, as i think i may look abit ghey with the wheels completly flush.. so might even go thinner on the front.. like 15mm like u have said..

currently got 5mm on the front atm so can fire them striaght onto rear ;) to save some coin.

..erm so can you link me to a product that you are on about for the stud conversion as i really dont know anything about it.. :S

Cheers.

Well I'm just gona buy a set of front FK Hubcentric 2x20mm spacers.

Will I be ok with just long nuts!? Or do I buy type system B, were I bolt spacer to Hub, then just fit wheel to spacer..?
