flashing engine waning light

Hi guys

i hope someone can help me....
ive got a 2004 1.4 16v clio
yesterday the engine light started flashing and its begun to run lumpy and lack of power but not alot of power loss, anyway ive got a crappy car diagnostic reader at home and its come up with two faults
1. pedal position sensor A circuit malfunction
2 cylinder 1 misfire detected ( my guess why its lumpy)
i have tried to unplug each one of the coilpacks to see if that changes anything and the car fires up and then dies. so ive ruled out coilpack

if anyone has any ideas what the first fault and can help with both it would be muchly appreciated

sounds like an injector to me

Yeah what graham said, mine was flashing a few months ago and I tried changing loads of stuff, ended up one ended up one of the injectors had split.

Same as above, sounds like injector to me

If it is an injector then it's pretty easy to change, it's just finding out what injector it is that's giving you problems mate
