Flickering oil light and stop light ph1 172

Hey guys, driving home today my oil light and stop light started flickering on and off, so put some oil in and went out again a bit later I noticed the lights only came on whenever I would brake with the clutch down and coming to a stop and then would stay on when the cars stopped, let the car cool down and checked the oil level and there's plenty in there,

Any ideas on what it could be? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
