Is there really any other reasons other than Higher Boiling point in changing the Standard Dot 4 for the likes of 5.1 blah blah ?

Im about to do the braided lines (although im feeling really lazi and considering taken it to a garage :rasp and just want to know if there is a point in "uprating" the fluid at the same time ?
